Lora sensors can work in a long-range distance of up to 15 km in rural areas and 5 km in Urban city areas. The built-in battery of Lora sensors can last up to several years.

Becas released the new product named People Zone Counter. The product deploys state of the art technology called Near Infrared (NIR) Light. The counting sensor sends the wave from the light source to the object and back.
Calculating the phase difference of the emitted and reflected waves forms 3D depth information for accurate and anonymous people counting.
The counter can sense the number of people walk in and out passing the line. The system can count number of people in any area in the club/casino venue such as gaming rooms, restaurants, bars, functions rooms, etc.
Operation Manager can allocate enough resources if known the number of patrons in each area, and also adjust the HVAC control accordingly to save energy.
Nail Salon Air Quality Monitoring System

Becas had launched Smart Restroom Odour Monitoring System using IoT Technology. The IoT odour sensors can measure the level of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) and Ammonia (NH3) in the ambient atmosphere.
When the level of odourful parameters reached the alarm threshold, the system will send a paging message to facility staff or activate the ventilation system.

Becas Smart Swimming Pools System (SSPS) helps facilities managers to monitor pool water quality in real-time. The SSPS has a sensor probe that can plugged into a water pipe of water recycling system to measure the parameters pH, Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP), and temperature of pool water in real-time.

Building HVAC Monitoring System
Becas was launching a BMS (Building Management System) system that can monitor and control the building’s temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide CO2 levels.
The system will turn on the A/C and/or ventilation system to bring fresh outdoor air to the building when CO2 levels reach the alarm pre-set limit.
The BMS system also automatically turns off the A/C unit after 2 hours and alerts when the outdoor temperature is cool enough to turn off the A/C and turn on ventilation to get the fresh air inside.
That helps to reduce the electricity bills significantly.
Noise Level Sensor - Noise Monitoring System
Club/Casino/Hotel venue operators must monitor noise levels, particularly at gaming tables or hotel rooms.
The maximum noise level should be limited to 75 decibels as measured approximately 3 meters from the source.
When the noise level exceeds the limit level, the integrated paging system can send an alert to venue operators.
